Droit de rétractation
Vous disposez d’un délai de 30 jours à compter de la réception de votre colis pour changer d’avis. Vous pouvez exercer ce droit de rétractation en rapportant vos articles en boutique OU en les retournant dans le colis d’origine à l’entrepôt, par Colissimo.
Return your item in store
You can do this within 30 days of the delivery of your online package. Go to the Sergent Major shop of your choice (excluding factory outlets) with your product(s) in their original packaging and your receipt or invoice.. You can then:
- Exchange the unwanted item or items, subject to availability in store
- Receive a credit voucher if there is a difference in price. The credit voucher is valid in all Sergent Major stores.
- Obtenir le remboursement du ou des articles qui ne conviennent pas (la carte bancaire utilisée pour le paiement sur Internet sera recréditée dans les 15 jours). Si les achats effectués sur internet ont bénéficié des Ventes Privées ou des soldes, les remboursements en boutique sont possibles.
- If you have paid all or part of your online order with a gift card, the amount paid using the gift card will be refunded as a gift card by customer services within 2 weeks.
- Si vous avez payé tout ou partie de vote commande internet avec un chèque fidélité, la part du montant de la commande réglée par chèque fidélité ne peut pas être remboursée. En cas de demande de remboursement d’une commande payée, en partie, avec un chèque fidélité, vous serez remboursé du prix du (ou des) article(s) retourné(s)auquel sera soustrait le montant du chèque fidélité qui aura été réparti sur l’ensemble de la commande.
- If online purchases were made through a Private Sales event or an exclusive online promotion, these items may not be exchanged or refunded in store. It will also not be possible to get credit added back onto your gift card in store. The item must be returned directly to our warehouse in SAINT VULBAS.
Returning an item to the warehouse
If you are unable to travel to a store, you can return your package including the invoice or the delivery note by colissimo (preferably) to our warehouse:

Once we have received your package, it will be checked and your items will be refunded to the bank card used for payment. Exchanges are not possible. Return costs are your responsibility.
Cooling-off period
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to change your mind. You can either bring your package into store or return it with the invoice or delivery note by colissimo (preferably) to our warehouse:

The Sergent Major reward voucher
On sergent-major.com, the reward voucher will be automatically offered as a payment method for your purchase
The procedure is automatic and applies as long as:
- You have logged in to the website.
- You have received a reward voucher after reaching the threshold of 200 points and your reward voucher was printed at the tills in one of our shops.
The Sergent Major Gift Card
The card is valid in store and on sergent-major.com. It can be used more than once and can be completed by another means of payment.
Several gift cards can be accepted for a single purchase. The gift card is valid for one year.

Giving a gift
Do you want to give someone a gift?
In the run-up to the festive season, our team will pack your purchase in a dedicated gift box and add a little card, on which your message will be printed. This service is charged at €2 and is accessible directly from your shopping basket.
What if I'm giving a parka or a coat?
For bulky items like a coat, unfortunately our two box sizes are both too small. This means we are unable to deliver these items in a gift box.
If I buy several clothes will they all be in the same box?
Wherever possible, we try to group all items in the same box. To avoid squashing the clothes, we will use 2 or 3 boxes if necessary. You will only pay the gift service (€2) once, even if 2 or 3 boxes are used to pack your super gift.
Can I give several gifts?
There is one gift service per parcel and one delivery address per order. If you want to give a gift to two different people (two addresses), you will have to place two different orders.
Can the Juliette doll be gift-wrapped?
Given its size, the Juliette doll box cannot be wrapped. The product is delivered in a large transport box. The doll's outfits will not be wrapped. Our gift box designs are currently too small.
Can I assemble the gift package myself?
The gift service (€2) includes the preparation. You will not receive the box flat. Exception: Christmas pyjamas are always delivered with the flat gift box, to be assembled yourself.
Can I buy multiple items and say which ones should be packed?
If you opt for the gift service (€2) all of your purchases will be delivered in one or more gift boxes. We are unable to distinguish items to be packaged from other items.
Can I assemble the gift package myself?
The gift service (€2) includes the preparation. You will not receive the box flat. Exception: Christmas pyjamas are always delivered with the flat gift box, to be assembled yourself.
Will the price tags be removed?
Yes, the prices are hidden or label are cut.

Become a VIP customer with our free loyalty card! Earn points you can exchange for reward vouchers. This easy-to-use virtual card records all your purchases in store and online, even during the sales !
The principle is simple, with each purchase you accumulate points:
1 euro spent = 1 point earned
As soon as you reach a total of 200 points, a reward voucher worth 10 euros, valid for 3 months, is given to you in store.
200 points = 10 euros
If you already have a loyalty card, register it now on your mobile, by going to your account, section "my loyalty benefits".
Birthday bonus
10 bonus points will be added
to your loyalty account on your child's birthday (1 to 11 years old)!
Remember to fill in your email address and your child's date of birth in your account details to take advantage of this offer!
You can also pop into store to add or edit your account information.
Show the printed birthday
email and your loyalty card in store, and collect a
